Dr. William A Dodson, MD, is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist in the Little Rock area. He attended and graduated from University of Washington School of Medicine in 1979, and brings more than 42 years of diverse experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
